These prices apply only when the villa is booked direct with us -they will be higher when booked through Villa Agents.

The prices above are for up to 10 guests. We charge $50 per night per person for each extra guest (adult or child)

  • Airport transfer on arrival and departure
  • Use of a chauffeur driven mini-bus during your vacation in the villa. (see details on Your Villa Services tab)
  • Complimentary meal on arrival
  • Services of the chef/housekeper, driver/maintenance man, and two maids.
  • Wifi internet

Check in and out times
The normal check in time is 2pm and check out at midday. However we are very flexible, and it all depends on arrivals and departures of other guests - we can usually fit in with your flight times.

Security Deposit
We ask you to pay a cash security deposit of US$500 on arrival at the villa. The equivalent in any major currency is fine. Lily will return it to you at the end of your holiday, providing there is no damage or breakage.

PLEASE NOTE: I also let villas nearby,in the same development, belonging to friends, so if your group is too large for our Villa, you can take two villas, or rooms in another villa. Or if our villa is already booked for the dates you want, you have a choice of another villa instead.

How to get there
Several airlines now fly direct to Phuket’s International Airport from international locations, making a stopover in Bangkok unnecessary, especially during the high seasons (November- April.) There are direct flights to Phuket from Australia, and many other places. Many tourists come through Bangkok however, and catch a very reasonable domestic flight via Thai Airways or Air Asia, which run regularly through the day, 7 days per a week, Or you can make a connection via Hong Kong. We will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa, where the staff will welcome you with cool towels and a jug of chilled fresh juice.
