The villa was wonderful and the photos do not do it the justice it deserves! I recently held my husbands surprise 40th Bday at the villa, catering for 12 people and accommodating them was no problem at all and the layout is perfect for it. The rooms are large and so spacious that even with that many people, everyone has their own space and does not feel crowded at all.
Lily is also fabulous and the owners are very involved, extremely responsive to emails and provide you with all the information you can possibly need prior to arrival.

I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful time we have had! The villa was every bit as lovely and even more so than I remembered.
Lily has been an absolute joy, nothing is too much trouble for her and as I type this note, she is preparing a bbq for our last day .. Tongpoon, Noom, Nan and Mon have also been fantastic, is will be so sad to leave this evening.
For two of the group it was their first time to Thailand, they have been totally overwhelmed by the place and obviously the villa and the staff in it.
My many thanks again to you Jacquie for everything with the booking, I just hope and pray we can manage to come back again soon.

We just got back from Phuket trip last night. I really want to say thanks at once after I come back.
What a wonderful trip especially in your dream villa for our 3 days. It was so excellent that we could never try before. No matter the huge villa with friendly staff and also fantastic chef Lily. We couldn't find any place better than Sanyanga anymore. We almost want to stay longer and plan our next trip to the villa again.
Lily was so wonderful. She is not only your in charge, your chef, she can even do the 'massage' one night when we hire some girls outside to do our Thai massage for 9 adults. The most impressive is that she can speak fluent Cantonese, even our old Grandma who doesn't speak English can communicate well with her. Please say thank again to her.
I also want to say thanks to you to give us such a good offer that can make our dream come true. It is best that our 'best rate' can be kept as record next time when we visit.
One thing I may raise out about the tips. I don't know how much usually pay for the tips. I don't know what is the normal practice for it and it makes us a bit headache when we last pay for them. Anyway, the whole trip was wonderful and hope we can re-visit again very soon.

Thanks for all the arrangement. We had a very good time at the villas! Lily is just lovely and such a fantastic cook that we literally had all our meals at the villa. She also took me and my son to the clinic as we both got sick during the holidays. She is so pleasant and the staffs were lovely too. The ingredients that she’s used were always fresh and tasty. We couldn’t have enough of her cooking!
We love the space (it’s a luxury!!!) and the views at the villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so spacious and pool is great. We spend a log of time in the living room when it was raining and it was good that there were some toys to amuse the kids.

"Paradise in Phuket!"
This villa was the perfect location for a getaway with our extended family! The villa, pool and view are even more gorgeous than they look in the photos, and Lily and the staff took such good care of us with delicious meals and being so sweet to our kids. Our weather wasn't perfect, which made the amazing sound system and huge selection of movies and songs an added bonus. Next time we go back, hopefully it will be for a week!

Our family enjoyed our stay in your villa immensely and we were very happy with the facilities that were provided.
We must especially thank Lily for her time, caring and understanding throughout our stay, she is a gem.
When we arrived our son had an eye infection, mentioning this to Lily she took us to a doctor close by to receive treatment, the next morning his eyes were clear and had no further problem. Then on the Saturday one of our daughters was ill, Lily again came to the rescue and took her to the doctor. Later that evening she took a turn for the worse and need to be hospitalized, Lily went to the hospital and stayed overnight with her until she was discharged.
We cannot thank Lily enough for her time and thoughtfulness. Our only criticism was that our son-in-law, had a problem contacting the ambulance and knowing the correct contact procedures. Maybe a list of contacts and guide for emergencies left near the telephone would be a help.

The villa was amazing. Truly a wonderful paradise. Thank you, Richard and Jeab for opening up the home to us. We had a really great time.
It is a place hard to fault - so incredibly beautiful and spacious. A rare place for an extended family to go to, but not feel on top of each other. Having access to the music for outside was fantastic and relaxing. The whole set up is amazing. The garden, the layout, the furnishings - unbelievable. We love love loved it.

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to take a moment and thank you for the rental of your villa. When we saw the pictures we were impressed but I have to admit that actually being there was 10 times more impressive.
The living room with the plasma TV served as a meeting area for us in the evenings to watch a movie of which you provided an extensive selection. My father was happy that he received CNN and Fox News from America. All of the bedrooms were large and in great condition. The sheets were first rate. The en-suite bathrooms were very large and had designer features that made them a pleasure to use. Pictures do not do them justice.
The staff was excellent. Not only did they cook our meals. Make up our beds but they also did our laundry. Much more than we ever expected.
I guess I am saving the best for last. THE POOL. I know Phuket has great beaches but with the Infinity pool at a perfect temperature it made us want to stay home and use the pool each day. It was really great at sunset when we would all have a drink in or around the pool. Thank you again for a great holiday.

We had a perfect vacation while staying at the Villa. The rooms and baths are very big, clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and kind. Lily is a great cook; the all family enjoyed her cooking very much. She also speaks good English which is very helpful.
The kids spent a lot of time in the lovely pool and enjoyed the entertainment system very much. The location of the villa is close to many attractions on the island which is a great bonus. The place is amazing and the villa is fantastic! We highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting Villa Sanyanga and meeting housekeeper Lilly, When I was out in Phuket this month on an earlier holyday break. We have reserved the villa for June 6th (party of 10 + baby) for ten days. I have got to tell you how impressed we were with the villa, it is absolutely amazing even far superior than the website can show, but not only were we so impressed with the villa itself, but also Lilly – she was so, so helpful, friendly and her English was excellent – She was just lovely! We have been coming to Thailand for the last 20 years, but only recently have we started to rent a villa, but usually for a smaller group – although the villa we have been renting is excellent and owners have now become our friends – Villa Sanyanga is on a different level altogether. I must complement you on your taste! It is also in a great location, we are familiar with Laem Sing beach having gone there for years and years we know ‘Ali’ and his family very well.
