The Villa Staff
our Chef and Villa Manager
Khun Lily is our Chef and Villa Manager. She speaks English, Thai and Cantonese. Lily comes from Phuket, but worked in Hong Kong for 15 years, catering for a guest house, and teaching classes in Thai cooking. She will look after all your needs and ensure you have a wonderful holiday. You can discuss your menus with her, and she can shop for you if you prefer, or the chauffeur will take you to the supermarkets or markets to do your own shopping. Lily will be delighted to give you classes in Thai cooking if you wish. Among her many talents she also bakes wonderful cakes - ask for her Brownies, Cheese-cake and Carrot cake, among others. She will bake you a birthday or special celebration cake too

Lily can also baby-sit for you, and you can arrange this privately with her. This arrangement can be for the evenings, but not during the daytime when she has other duties.

Apart from Lily, the staff at the villa is made up of two full time maids Nang and Mon, and Tongpoon, who looks after the pool, garden and general house maintenance. He also doubles as the mini-bus driver, and he will meet you at the airport, and drive you around on your holiday.

Nang, Mon and Tongpoon have been with the family for seven years, and are hard-working, loyal, and trustworthy. They do not speak English, but you can deal with them through Lily, who is in charge of the villa.

When the villa is very busy, some of the crew from the yacht will come in to help Lily and the villa staff. Noom will help out with driving the mini-bus, Su will help Lily, Mon and Nang, and Lek will help Lily with the cooking.
