Special yacht cruises for villa guests on the luxury Yacht Shangani


For guests renting Villa Sanyanga, we offer an unforgettable cruise on the luxury yacht Shangani, at a special price of 39,000 baht, (only 3250 bt per person, if there are 12 guests) The cruises will normally leave from the Boat Lagoon on the East coast, and end in the Ao Po Marina in the North East of Phuket.

Thai Adventure Cruise Another option would be to take a full day cruise, which would cost 65,000 baht. This would give you time to cruise north into Phang Nga Bay, and see the spectacular limestone scenery, and explore the famous hongs, caves and lagoons, by kayak, as well as time to visit some of the other beautiful islands.




The timing, and even the day, of this cruise depends very much on tides, so we will work with the tide time-tables when arranging the timing of your special cruise. It could be a morning, afternoon, evening or full day cruise, depending on your preference, as well as the tides.

From the boat lagoon, you will cruise up the river and then to some beautiful tropical islands, where you can enjoy snorkelling and swimming, as well as exploring the islands by kayak, before enjoying your meal on board. You would then cruise onwards north to the Ao Po marina, where our driver will meet you and take you back to the luxury villa.

If you take the full day cruise, you can cruise north of Ao Po to Phang Nga bay or alternatively visit some of the beautiful islands to the south, where the water is crystal clear, and idea for swimming and snorkelling.

39,000 baht for half day (around 5 hours)
65,000 baht for full day (around 10 hours or more)
The price includes
  • Half or full day cruise on Shangani
  • Snorkelling (20 sets on board)
  • Kayaking (2 kayaks and a dinghy)
  • Soft drinks, chilled water, tea and coffee
  • Full crew including Captain, First Mate, Deck Hand, Chef and Hostess
  • All taxes
  • Transfers from Villa Sanyanga to the yacht and back.

The price does not include food or alcoholic drinks.

There are many different options - for instance, our chef can prepare a meal on board , one of two options ~

  • A delicious meal of Tom Yum Gung, Jasmine rice, Singapore noodles with Indonesian chicken and vegetables, and fresh fruit.
  • A barbecue of spicy chicken, hamburgers and/or fish, served with baked potatoes and salad.

Either of the above choices are 500 bt per person. You would choose either the Thai or the BBQ option for your group. For more than 12 guests, the overall price is 6000 baht.
There are many other choices - for example -

Bring your own food

You could take your own ingredients for a Thai meal (which Lily can help you with) or your own BBQ items. Lek, our yacht chef will cook them for you, so it will cost you the same as if you were eating in the villa. You can also take your own alcoholic drinks, and if you like you can buy good boxed red and white wine, and canned beer from the villa, at cost price. Eat your lunch while anchored off one of the lovey islands.

Eat at one of the typical Thai floating restaurants

Another option is to eat at Laem Hin, a typical floating restaurant, near the coast of Phuket, where you will eat delicious fresh seafood amongst the local Thai people. Long tail boats will fetch you from the yacht and take you to these restaurants, and bring you back to the yacht. This cruise will be a little longer than the others, to allow time for you to eat at leisure in the floating restaurants. No extra cost for the long-tail boats. Eat in an exclusive private island restaurant

Yet another option is possible if you take the full day cruise, and that is to sail to the lovely islands of Ko Khai Noi, where you can snorkel and swim in the clear water, off a beautiful beach, followed by lunch in an idyllic restaurant on a tiny private island. After lunch enjoy a slow cruise to Ao Po marina.
